Startup: €50k funding if you establish your business in Ireland

A call from Enterprise Ireland. Deadline on September 4ht, 2018.

Are you an experienced, high skilled business professional? Do you want to start a business in Ireland? This may be you chance.

Enterprise Ireland, the government organization responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets, is looking for professional wanting to relocate a startup in the country. The company will be active in manufacturing or internationally traded services.  The subsectors are: Internet, Games, Apps, Mobile, SaaS, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, Lifesciences, Food, Cleantech and Industrial Products.

In addition to the investment of €50k, successful applicants will get access to a 12-week mentorship program running from February to May 2019; the program is specifically designed for early stage companies, led by an experienced management.


To submit the application you can connect to this web page. The deadline is on September 4th, 2018, 11:59 pm. To apply, it’s mandatory to present a video pitch describing the idea. The shortlisted group of projects will be invited in Ireland to experience the Irish eco-system for startups and pitch directly in front of the evaluation panel on November 6th, 2018. All the travel costs will be covered by Enterprise Ireland.

Have a project at idea, concept or design stage? This call does not go for brand new companies, since, among the requirements, it’s mandatory being able to demonstrate that the project has reached the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage.

Important note: the revenues must not be over 60k euros in the current financial year and the project must be capable of creating 10 jobs in Ireland and realizing  sales for at least €1m within 3 years.
